Why invest?
Stocks can give ownership participation, possible dividends, and possible price gains — but returns are never guaranteed.
Where do I buy or sell?
Through a PSE-accredited broker or online trading participant, not through random social media offers.
Do I need paper certificates?
Usually no. Modern trading is scripless/book-entry. Ask your broker if you specifically want physical certificates.
Should I monitor?
Yes. Kahit long-term, check your portfolio, company news, risk, and whether your reason for buying still makes sense.
Risk conversation
Stocks can go up or down. A simple rule: if the money is needed soon for family or business essentials, do not risk it in the market.
